All products offered by Air Filters Unlimited ship for free to the Contiguos United States (lower 48 states excluding APO/FPO and PO Boxes). We do not ofer shipping outside of the Contiguous United States.

Most orders ship the same business day or within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Some of our products are special order or non-stock and require longer to ship. This is noted on each indiviidual product page under the availablilty sedtion. We ship all of our orders via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Larger orders, usually more than 10 cases may be shipped via FedEx Freight LTL service. Before shipping your order via LTL, we will contact you to insure you are able to receive this type of delivery. LTL carriers will only deliver the shipment to the address provided and will remove it from the truck. The LTL carrier will not bring your order into your residence or place of business.

Itis important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on all new and unused products for a period of 60 days from the order date.

Requirements for returns:

Must be in origianl packaging and in new and unused condition.

Must have a RMA number obtained from our customer service department.

Once your return has been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your origianl form of payment or you may elect to receive a store credit that can be used on future purchases. (Account creation is required to receive store credit)

Note: Custom Size/Special Order air filters are non-returnable so please measure carefully before ordering.
