Shipping & Returns
All of the products offered by Air Filters Unlimited ship for free to the Contiguous United States (lower 48 excluding APO/FPO addresses). We currently do not offer shipping outside of the Contiguous United States.
All order will be shipped within 1-7 business days depending on the product. We will ship your order in the most economical way. Orders are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground or Home Delivery but occasionally may be shipped by another method.
Large filter orders, typically more than 8 cases, may be shipped via LTL carrier and free shipping still applies. If your order requires this method of shipping, we will contact you to arrange for a delivery appointment. LTL carriers will only deliver the shipment to your address and remove it from their truck. They will not bring your order into your residence or business if you request it.
It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on all new and unused products for a period of 60 days from your order date.
Requirements for returning products:
- Must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Must have a RMA number obtained through our returns system which is accessible through your account.
- RMA number must be on the outside of the returned shipment
Returns are free, meaning we do not charge you a re-stocking or handling fee. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment or you can elect to receive a store credit if you prefer (account creation at time of purchase required for store credit).
If you have received an incorrect product (product is not what is on your receipt), please contact us and we will correct the issue at no cost to you.
Custom size/Special Order filters are non-returnable so please measure carefully.
