Tri-Pure

We offer a complete line of ultra High Efficiency HEPA and ULPA Filters that have been manufactured specifically to each customer's requirements and industry standards. All products are produced in Tri-Dim's ISO 9001 - 2000 facility in Louisa, VA. Each HEPA Filter is tested and certified to have a minimum efficiency of 99.99% on 0.30 micrometer size particles and each ULPA Filter is tested and certified to have a minimum efficiency of 99.9995% on 0.10 to 0.20 micrometer particles.

Low Profile HEPA/ULPA

Tri-Dim's TRI-PURE Low Profile HEPA/ULPA Panel Filters are available in a variety of frame configurations, sizes, pack depths and efficiencies for all types of Cleanroom Applications. All TRI-PURE filters have an anodized extruded aluminum frame and are available with a gasket, gel seal or a knife-edge depending upon the application. Filters are available with a media pack that can range from 2" to 4" in depth to meet a customer's requirements.

Tri-Pure HEPA/ULPA Disposable

Tri-Dim's TRI-PURE HEPA/ULPA Disposable Terminal Modules are available to be installed into either a gasketed T-Grid or Gel Grid System. The TRI-PURE Modules have an anodized extruded aluminum frame with either a 10" or 12" inlet collar with an adjustable distribution plate. A painted expanded metal grille is supplied on the downstream side.

Tri-Pure 2000 High Flow HEPA

Tri-Dim's Tri-Pure 2000 High Flow HEPA Filters are designed to operate at 500 FPM with an initial resistance of 1.0" w.g. The Tri-Pure 2000 High Flow HEPA Filters utilize a series of mini-pleat media packs arranged in a V-Bank configuration to provide significantly more media than in conventional HEPA filters. This provides a lower resistance and longer life. The filters are available with either a gasket or gel seal design.

Tri-Pure Fan Filter Modules

Tri-Dim offers a complete line of Fan Filter Modules that are designed to fit in a Tee Grid System for Cleanroom Applications. The units are lightweight, low profile; consist of a fan/motor assembly and a HEPA/ULPA Filter. The TRI-PURE Tm HEPA/ULPA Filter can either be integral to the unit or replaceable using a bottom load Gel Seal Design. The unit is available with a variety of different types of fan assemblies and controls for almost any application.

Ducted Hoods

Tri-Dim offers a complete line of TRI-PURE  Ducted Hoods that incorporate a replaceable bottom-load Gel Seal HEPA/ULPA Filter. This product is ideal for applications where the filter is validated on a routine basis and the filter must be able to be replaced very easily such as Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Cleanrooms. The unit is available in a variety of sizes to fit in either a Tee Grid System or plaster ceiling and includes a list of options so the unit can be customized for almost any application.
